Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be converted to tax-deductible donations until 3:00 pm the day of the concert, 11:00 am for matinees.
Exchanges
Exchanges will not be processed after the performance start time. Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance within the same program cycle until 3:00 pm the day of the concert, 11:00 am for matinees. A service fee of $2.75 will apply. Subscribers may exchange tickets for another concert within the 2024-25 Season until 3:00 pm the day of the concert, 11:00 am for matinees at no additional cost.
Children
Seraphic Fire performances are not recommended for children under the age of 8. We do ask that you carefully consider your child’s ability to sit through the performance, as some concerts are fairly long.
Students
Full-time, degree-seeking students are eligible for complimentary StudentAccess tickets that become available one week prior to the performances. To enroll click here. Excludes A Seraphic Fire Christmas.
