If you are interested in performing with Seraphic Fire, we encourage you to email Auditions@SeraphicFire.org with the subject line “Local Live Audition Submission.” We are always looking for exceptional talent and welcome submissions year-round.
Singers interested in performing with Seraphic Fire should have strong solo and ensemble experience, excellent musicianship, and a solid understanding of Baroque and Renaissance vocal styles. We are committed to artistic excellence and seek singers who are ready to perform at a world-class level.
Seraphic Fire contracts singers on a per-program basis, and these differ from season to season. We provide a professional fee based on services, round-trip domestic airfare, in-town housing and transportation, and a per diem.
Interested singers should submit the following:
- A current resume or curriculum vitae
- Two references including phone numbers and e-mail addresses
- Audio recordings including two solo vocal works in contrasting styles and languages, one of which should be a Baroque aria
Note: Submitted materials should be labeled with the musician’s name and voice part. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis as they are received.

Advancement Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seraphic Fire, South Florida’s twice GRAMMY®-nominated professional vocal ensemble,
seeks a detail-oriented
Advancement Associate
to support fundraising, ticketing, and
patron services. This role provides essential support to the Executive Director, manages
daily development operations, oversees seating logistics for major donors and premium
subscribers, and serves as the primary contact for donor and ticketing support.
The Advancement Associate also leads Seraphic Fire’s annual giving and donor stewardship
efforts, coordinating direct appeals, renewals, and personalized recognition of support. The
ideal candidate is organized, efficient with systems and data, and committed to delivering
excellent service across all patron and donor interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Development & Fundraising Support
- Maintain accurate donor records in PatronManager (Salesforce), including tracking gifts,
pledges, soft credits, and donor interactions
- Process donations and prepare documentation for Finance
- Manage donor acknowledgment letters, tax receipts, and stewardship communications,
including timely thank-yous and ongoing relationship touches
- Lead annual giving efforts, including direct mail, email campaigns, and subscription
renewals
- Create target lists for donor and prospect outreach at all giving levels
- Support the Executive Director in donor meeting prep, follow-up, and stewardship
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Finance on development goals
and revenue forecasts
- Provide regular reporting and analysis using CRM data to guide strategy and track
progress
Box Office & Ticketing Oversight
- Oversee all subscription and single-ticket sales through PatronManager
- Serve as lead of the Box Office team, monitoring and mentoring part-time staff and
volunteers on-site and remotely
- Manage concert seating charts and donor seating logistics, especially for major donors

Concert Production Associate
Part-time/Hourly, Seasonal, Non-Exempt | October 2025 - April 2026

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seraphic Fire, South Florida’s twice GRAMMY®-nominated professional vocal ensemble, is
seeking reliable self-motivated individuals interested in concert production and logistics for one
of Miami’s top performing arts institutions. The
Concert Production Associate
is responsible for
advancement operations, load-in, execution, and load-out of concert events for Seraphic Fire, a
not-for-profit cultural arts organization based in Miami, Florida, with an annual operating
budget of $2.1 million.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute advancement operations for all concerts and special events. Advancement
includes transportation of Seraphic Fire equipment, stage setup and teardown, and
other duties as assigned (vehicle provided for all concert transportation needs).
- Coordinate with venues and vendors to ensure all deliverables are received and
executed within the schedule set by the Finance and Operations Manager.
- Maintain and protect Seraphic Fire equipment, instruments, and assets while on-site.
- At concerts, assist with Will Call, Box Office, and Merchandise table as requested.
- Assist with returning rental equipment and instruments at the end of the concert run.
- Assist with the distribution of audience surveys.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
- Exemplary verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organized and able to independently manage workload.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
