Policies

Seraphic Fire will no longer require a negative COVID-19 PCR test or proof of vaccination from patrons entering our concert venues. Masks are no longer required, however, Seraphic Fire continues to encourage mask wearing while inside our venues.

Seraphic Fire will offer a designated seating section for patrons who wish to observe social distancing.

We highly value the comfort and satisfaction of our patrons and would be happy to speak to you directly if you have questions, concerns, or require additional accommodations. Contact the Box Office for questions. 

 

Updates

Seraphic Fire continues to monitor current health conditions and health and safety policies are subject to change. All ticket holders will receive a ticket reminder email 48 hours prior to the specific concert with our updated safety policies and requirements for attending the concert. Any policy changes will also be posted on this webpage.

 

Flexible Ticketing Policies

We want everyone to enjoy the Seraphic Fire concert experience to the fullest. If you feel you won’t be able to enjoy a performance due to health concerns, we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a performance later in the season. If you decide you are unable or uncomfortable attending our concerts this season for any reason, we will work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs. Digital Library 

If you are not comfortable attending in-person concerts, the Seraphic Fire Digital Library might be for you.  Season 20 concerts will be made available for a limited period of time beginning 2-3 weeks after each concert.
