Welcome to Seraphic Fire’s 2024-2025 Season: Music History 101! True to our mission to present historically significant and underperformed works, you are sure to expand your musical horizons this season as you encounter rare choral gems.
Free Event: Music of the Passion
Seraphic Fire presents a FREE community concert entitled Music of the Passion. This soul-stirring concert of works by Gregorio Allegri, Josquin de Prez, Nikolay Kedrov, William Byrd, and others will explore the rich history of choral music and emphasize the centuries-old power of music to elicit introspection. Concerts are FREE, registration is encouraged but not required. Music of the Passion on Sunday, March 30 is presented in collaboration with the Hyacinth Series of Moorings Presbyterian Church. This free concert is made possible by Mel & Barbara VanderBrug. Free admission to concerts in Miami-Dade and Broward counties is made possible with additional support by the Meredyth Anne Dasburg Foundation.
