Led by new Artistic Director and GRAMMY Award-winning conductor Dr. James K. Bass, this year's holiday program explores Christmas traditions from across Europe.
Timeless carols including O Come, O Come Emmanuel and Adeste Fideles are woven together with beloved music from France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and England, tracing the evolution of Christmas music from the Medieval period through the Renaissance and into the present day.
Ancient chant, radiant polyphony, and contemporary seasonal favorites combine to create the warm, reverent atmosphere that has made Seraphic Fire's holiday concerts one of South Florida's signature Christmas experiences.
