Deborah Stephens graduated in 2023 with a Master's in Sacred Music from Yale University. Previously, she received a Bachelor's of Music in Voice Performance (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Georgia in December 2019.
As a professional lyric soprano, Deborah is frequently invited as a soloist for early music performances across the eastern US and Nigeria. Her passion lies within choral music, and she currently performs with professional choral ensembles such as Seraphic Fire, Handel + Haydn Society, Lyyra, Kinnara, and Athens Master Chorale.
In her daily life, Deborah is an Administrative Assistant and teaches private vocal and piano lessons. In her free time, Deborah is currently writing a Sci-fi choose-your-own-adventure novel.
