Carl Larson, a violist, is originally from Louisville, KY. He maintains an active performing and recording career as a member of symphony, chamber, opera, ballet, and session orchestras in Florida, New York, Tennessee, and beyond. Carl has toured with San Francisco's JazzMafia, Deltron 3030, Barry Manilow, and Martina McBride. He has performed with Dolly Parton on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, as well as with Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli, Evanescence, Idina Menzel, Cage the Elephant, and Greta van Fleet, among others. He can be heard on over 80 film, television, and video game soundtracks, such as Fargo, Lost in Space, Sex and the City, Minecraft, Call of Duty, Spider-Man, and Paw Patrol. He has also performed at the Montreal Jazz, Artosphere, Bard, Aspen, Yellowstone, and New Hampshire music festivals. He holds degrees in mathematics and viola performance and studied at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
